    Publication of new FRAC Website

    The new FRAC website is now online!

    It contains the same information as the previous FRAC-Website, but with a new design and more ways to find recent information on fungicide resistance and how to manage it. Additionally, new material is published, such as the FRAC educational video and links to the FRAC Mode of Action App.

    Dr. Andreas Goertz was elected as new Chair of the SBI Working Group

    At the SBI Working Groups’ telephone conference on the 9th of October 2019, Dr. Andreas Goertz (Bayer AG, Germany) was elected as the new chair of the SBI Working Group. He succeeds Dr. Klaus Stenzel (Bayer AG, Germany), who has been holding this position since 2005. We thank Klaus for his dedication and valuable service to the FRAC organization in this role.

    The FRAC Pathogen Risk List® was reviewed and updated in 2019

    The FRAC Pathogen Risk List® was reviewed and updated. Most important changes are:
    -    The risk classification for the Asian Soybean Rust pathogen Phakopsora pachyrhizi was changed from low risk to medium risk.
    -    In total, 56 plant pathogens were added to the FRAC Pathogen Risk List®.

    Minutes and recommendations of the QoI Working Group are now available

    Minutes and recommendations of the QoI WG from the telephone conference held in June 2019 are now available.

    Summary of monitoring-data for QoI is given the minutes:
    Minutes of the 2018 QoI WG Meeting and Recommendations for 2019 TelCo update June 2019 

    Based on the monitoring, no changes were made to QoI WG recommendations for 2019 (link) compared the previous year.

    Minutes and recommendations of the OSBPI Working Group are now available

    Minutes and recommendations of the OSBPI Working Group from the meeting on April 3rd are now available.


    The summary of monitoring-data for OSBPIs is given in the minutes (link).


    No further changes were made to OSBPI WG recommendations for 2019 (link) compared that published in 2018.
